Exchange Policy

No exchanges accepted without prior approval.

Exchange: If you need a different size, color, or configuration you can exchange your TRUSS as long as it is new, unused, and in resaleable condition. To exchange, contact us via email with your order details and we'll give you return instructions. A $6.00 charge to cover shipping is required.

Warranty Exchange: We warrant the TRUSS from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days. If there is a problem due to our materials or workmanship, we will take care of it! This includes stitching, seams, and materials. Some stitch wear, thread wear, elastic wear, and movement are normal. We do not warrant problems due to strain, abuse, damage, or normal wear. For warranty exchange contact us via email explaining the issue and we'll try to resolve it.

Return: We do not accept holster returns for non-exchange or non-warranty issues.
